To me
Reciprocity sounds like a recipe
for living

The give and take
hands that shake over fair deals
Dealing with a humanity that figures
putting humans back into the circle
makes sense

Back into cycles that
grow dense our forests
lead to song bird chorus

Support water percolating past
quality checks
quenching our thirst
for us

Instead of too much
lightly we tread
Learning from white tails and foxes
we thread our way
Led by whispers
said to be wise
Ancient Sequoias say
Now is then

And we begin to realize
size does matter
less is more…
